warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of each of our vehicles. We will warranty the repair of any and all defects in material or workmanship from the date you physically receive your product for 3 years.

Our batteries are covered for 2 years or 100,000 cycles (based on 18650 lithium cells).

That being said, our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear of consumables (e.g. tires, handlebar grips, brake cables, paint, etc). 

• damage because of misuse or use that is contrary to the owner's manual (e.g. exceeding max. rider weight, etc.)

• damage as a result of a collision or reckless behavior

• damage as a result of incorrect maintenance and storage procedures

Please remember that while riding is a lot of fun, there is inherent danger in riding any vehicle. Please wear your helmet and other protective gear, be aware of your surroundings, and drive safely.
